Songs of Comfort

Listen anytime you need a moment of peace. We created these original songs to remind our patients and their families that they are never alone on their journey. Each song is meant to uplift the spirit and reassure patients and loved ones that they are supported, understood, and cared for.

Our Programs

We offer various programs to gurantee thorough patient care

A.C.T. (Advanced Care Treatment) is a palliative care program designed specifically for patients and their families who are not yet ready to accept hospice care. This type of care provides comfort, emotional support, and symptom management to help the patient live each day to the fullest.

We ensure timely, comprehensive care by completing patient admissions within three hours of referral, delivering durable medical equipment within thirty minutes of approval, and providing all needed medications on the same day of admission. Our team arranges patient transportation for both emergency and non-emergency situations, assists families in finding caregivers for 24-hour support, and maintains a Medical Director who is available at all times for any medical concerns or orders.
